EXO Sales Analysis & Reporting is designed to make the entire operation of your business visible. Management Report
EXO Finance's management dashboard gives you a snapshot of the business - with real-time information - any time of the month. It gives you complete control of your business reporting and visibility throughout the entire organisation, either per branch, or from a whole company perspective.
It shows four key elements to give a picture of the business at that moment - Sales and Orders, Margin, Finance and Stock.

In Sales and Orders the dashboard daily and period shows (in real time, moment to moment) sales, sales GP, budget and budget GP, the days for the period and actual run rate vs. run rate required to achieve target. It shows all this in one glance - as well as the standard YTD sales and GP.
Margin enables you to pull grid reports per sales person or account group (excluding margin exception percentages) for a period date range.
Finance produces two pie graphs showing (for the chosen period) the debtors and creditors aged balances. These include current, 30, 60 and 90 days, with the ability to drill through to each to further investigate details for follow up and questioning.
Finally the stock tab gives a quick look at the stock value period to date across all the businesses stock locations, by amount and percentage split. It can also produce an inactive stock item list.

Sales Analysis Module
This interactive sales analysis tool enables any user to quickly and easily design sales reports. Work from a set of preset parameters with configurable filters to save as report templates for recurring needs, or simply look at a quick snapshot of a particular situation for informed decision making and more effective sales meetings.
Available within these parameters are a range of standard periods as well as definable ranges. You can see sales by primary and secondary groupings in debtors, stock, salesperson or location. On top of these a user can define filters to narrow groupings, or single out specific accounts or stock groups and/or items. These filters can be as general or narrow as the user requires. They can be put straight out to PDF, or to grid form for copying and pasting into Excel for further manipulation.

Full Report Writer, with a Standard Report Library
Within the different modules of EXO there is always a standard report library to draw from. In the main business module there are over 150 standard reports covering general reports for sales, debtors, creditors, purchasing, general ledger, tax, currency and others. The report writer that comes standard with EXO is Clarity, which is similar to Crystal Reports.
Users can write their own reports for a business. Enprise runs quarterly and on-demand courses, for both beginner and advanced users. Enprise's large team of consultants can also make report changes when required. Enprise has a large range of reports that have been written by the consultant team - these can be drawn on to minimise costs.
